This website enables citizens to access Congressional Research Service (CRS) Reports that are in the public domain. An arm of the Library of Congress, CRS provides members of Congress with research and analysis on legislative issues. Well-researched, thoroughly documented, and usually fewer than 30 pages in length, the reports available through Open CRS address diverse nuclear topics including proliferation, nuclear power, and terrorism. The documents provide good introductions to specific topics and include extensive bibliographies. The site offers a search function and displays links to recently published reports arrranged by date of publication. Open CRS is a project of the Center for Democracy & Technology in cooperation with several organizations and collectors of CRS reports.
