This film, which takes place in London, revolves around a dirty bomb attack in the heart of the city. The film follows four main story lines: a government minister trying to keep the public informed of the dangers while avoiding mass panic, Scotland Yard detectives hot on the trail of the terrorists who are planning the attack, a fireman who knows that the city is not prepared, and the terrorists. The four story lines are picked up weeks before the attack and follow through its aftermath. The film shows how difficult it is to prepare against and stop terrorist attacks and what a dirty bomb could do in a densely populated city center. There is a companion website.
